This is Sterling’s first and only home dual meet of the season.  It’s also Senior Night as Emma Anderson, Lainey Block and Rhylee Wade will be honored.

The Golden Warriors are coming off a 3rd place finish at Saturday’s Rock River Run.
Rhylee Wade’s super senior season includes a personal record time of 19:14 at the Twin City Meet in Rock Falls September 12.
Sophomore Delia Block has turned in a second consecutive solid varsity season, including a season-best 19:40 at the Twin City Meet.
Senior Laney Block, Delia’s older sister, has been a consistent performer throughout her varsity career.
