The Golden Warriors and Spartans met in week two (9/1/23) here in Sterling, with the Spartans recording a 42-28 victory. Sterling trailed 14-7 at halftime.
Over the last four games senior RB Cale Ledergerber has rushed for 356 yards, averaging nearly six yards per carry. He rushed for a career-high 110 yards last week at Chicago-Payton.
Over the last four games junior QB Drew Nettleton has completed 40 of 66 passes (61%) for 463 yards and seven TDs.
Sophomore LB Wyatt Cassens leads the team with five QB sacks and is second on the team with 15.5 tackles for loss.
